The judges met over a delicious lunch to go through the submissions, redefine the categories, and draw up a shortlist of finalists for the Citywealth Future Leaders Under 40 Awards that will take place on 10th November 2016.
The panel of judges, chaired by Karen Jones, CEO of Citywealth, consisted of five wealth professionals, with two of them already an award under their belt.
The judges, most of them fresh back from their summer holidays, were Kate Molan, associate at Pennington Manches, Alex Balfour, assistant director at Smith & Williamson, Jessica Fox, assistant relationship manager at Seven Investment Management, Samuel Lush, advisor at KPMG and Freddie Lower, portfolio manager at C Hoare & Co. They had a wealth of knowledge between them, that all pooled together, allowed to gain valuable insight in the abilities of the applicants.
Online voting is open until 15th October when shortlist will be announced and the winners handed out their trophies at an awards drinks reception on the 10th November
