The Citywealth Power Women Awards, now in their second year, recognise and highlight individuals and companies which foster female leadership and celebrate diversity within the wealth sector.
The judges, under the chairmanship of Julia Warrender, funding member of Affinity Private Wealth, have selected a shortlist of very desserving candidates. These include Camilla Baldwin, founder of Camilla Baldwin solicitors, shortlisted in the Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year category, and her company in the Company of the Year: Female Leadership category. Sheila Dean, Group MD at Equinox, who scooped the prestigious Editor's Choice Award at the Citywealth IFC Awards 2014, is another candidate for awards. She has been nominated in both Woman of the Year: Leadership (Professional Services) and Woman of the Year: Business Growth categories.
There is a shortlist of other 62 outstanding women and companies recognised for their excellence in maximising the potential of women in wealth

Two further awards will be announced at the gala evening 22 January 2015: Lifetime Achievement Award and Editor's Choice Award.
The Power Women Awards will be the highlight of the first Power Women Summit, a two-day event 22 - 23 January 2015, that will look at the concept of sponsorship and other career issues affecting women in the wealth management sector
