only 48 more women needed on FTSE 100 boards to meet the target

Women now make up 20.7 percent of all FTSE 100 boards with only 48 more needed before the government's 25 percent target is reached. This is a jump form just 17.3 percent from last year. However, most of the increase has been non-executive directorships, with executive directorships lagging behind with just 6.9 percent.
