Citywealth (Jones Publishing Ltd) Tops the IP100 League Table

Jones Publishing Ltd, publishers of Citywealth magazine, has retained its top position in the Best Brand and Reputation IP Asset Class in the IP 100 League Table which has scored firms on their Intellectual Property. The judges were impressed by the company’s active social media use and marketing strategy to promote its wealth management network through its publications, events and awards.

It’s the second year running that the top score has been awarded to Jones Publishing.

The ranking is well-deserved as the company has built throughout the year on its existing social media activity and progressed in leaps and bounds in this area leaving competitors behind.
A huge Twitter Wall on two sides of the room was used for the first time at the Magic Circle Awards last year and Hootsuite is now a regular feature in preparing social media blasts during events.

The League Table is compiled by IP solutions business Metis Partners and backed with sponsorship by Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks. The rankings are made after firms are assessed on five IP asset classes – Brand and Reputation, Patents, Critical Databases, Software, and Trade Secrets.
